Booking Terms and Conditions - Sewing Classes/Workshops
YOUR BOOKING
Your place on any of our Classes/Workshops is only secured once you have paid in full.Please make sure you check the dates and times of the Class/Workshop prior to booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to move your class booking, you must notify us no less than 24hrs before the class start time. We will move your booking to a new date subject to avaialbilty.
For a full refund, cancellation must be made within 7 days of the class date.
WHAT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL?
It is very unlikely that we would cancel a class/workshop but all of our workshops or classes require a minimum number of students to allow them to run. If we do not have the numbers required and we have to cancel the class we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer a full refund or a transfer to another class.
If Kayes Textiles do have to cancel a class/workshop we will not accept liability for any other costs incurred by the student other than the course/workshop fee.
EQUIPMENT LISTS
Customers will be advised on requirements for the course/workshop they are attending. Sewing machines are available to use and you are more than welcome to bring your own as long as the machine has been PAT tested within the last 2 years - use of any machine is at your own risk.
